I saw this on the Chile episode of “Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations” and immediately had a gastronomic boner. I’m going to buy the proper ingredients later today so I can start working on my poor man’s version of it ASAP. Let’s just hope I don’t bastardize this delicacy.
